For each product selected on the perrinparis.com website, a summary page before confirmation will be displayed featuring a photograph and description of the item(s) selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. Please verify that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted for processing. While every effort is taken to ensure that the color and style of the Perrin Paris products displayed in photographs on the website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, Perrin Paris will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of products displayed. If you have any questions about the products, we suggest you telephone our boutiques (see Flagship section on menu page).
Purchase + Availability
Instructions concerning the availability of product(s) will be given at the time of order. Exceptionally, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed by email or by phone as soon as possible.
If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
Perrin Paris is not liable in the case of out-of-stock items.
Perrin Paris reserves the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice for the items proposed on the website.
Purchase + Order Confirmation
Upon confirmation of your order you will receive an order summary by email.
The data registered establishes the proof of the transaction(s). In the case of a dispute concerning a transaction(s) made on the Perrin Paris website, the data registered is considered as an irrefutable proof of the content transaction.
Purchase + Payment
The prices of Perrin Paris products are indicated in US $ with an estimated conversion in Euros, excluding taxes and shipping costs (see "Shipping and Delivery").
You will be charged the price(s) in US $ displayed on the Perrin Paris website at the time your order is confirmed, provided the selected items are available.
You are required to pay for any order placed on the PerrinParis.com website immediately upon confirmation of your order. We only accept payment by debit card or credit card. You cannot use store credits or gift certificates issued by Perrin Paris boutiques to purchase items offered on the website.
We accept the following charge cards and credit cards: MasterCard®, Visa® + American Express®. Your order will only be dispatched once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment. Your debit card or credit card will only be debited when your order is dispatched. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you cost, tax, and shipping for the goods available. You assume the risks (in particular loss, stealing or damage) relating to the delivered products and this at the effective date of the delivery.
Shipping + Delivery
We will not process any order for which a post office box address is provided.
Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering procedure.
You will be asked to select the shipment method you prefer as part of the order procedure.
We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you have selected in the order summary displayed before you confirmation of order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the product(s) ordered. A tracking number will be provided once the product is dispatched.
If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice, and sign.
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied, you may exchange item(s) or request a refund according to the terms and conditions contained in the section entitled Returns + Exchanges
Returns + Exchanges
You are entitled to return any product ordered via the Perrin Paris website within 14 calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions: Perrin Paris has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in the original condition when returned.

For items received as a gift obtained from the Perrin Paris website, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange.
Exchange policy: you may exchange a product for another one in the same product category or for one or more items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift
If you request a refund, every effort to ensure that any refund will be made within 5 business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your debit card or credit card. Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the website, nor will the website issue a store credit for use in a Perrin Paris boutique.
In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you are justified in returning the goods because of product reference error.
Perrin Paris will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to is lost, misdirected, or delivered late.
We do not currently exchange or allow refunds for goods purchased in our boutiques via the perrinparis.com website.
