Each PERRIN PARIS piece is delivered in its protective dust pouch and securely packaged for shipment. Gift wrap is available for an additional $15 and can be added on any product page.

When gift wrap is purchased, clutches only are presented in a structured PERRIN gift box tied with branded ribbon, with the option to include a handwritten note. Orders with gift wrap will not include an invoice-please retain your email receipt.

When gift wrap is not purchased, no additional gift box or decorative packaging will be included.

**Import Fees & Duties (International Orders): Our international terms are DAP (Delivered at Place). Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Signature Required

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. 

You may return any full-price purchase for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required, along with a return authorization from our team, who will also provide the return address.

Note: Items purchased at a discount of 20% or greater may be exchanged for another item of equal value or refunded as store credit only.

While defects are extremely rare, should you encounter an issue, please contact ecom@perrinparis.com and our team will assist you. We do not offer repairs except in unique cases where the product is less than one year old. 

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece, store it in its dust bag when not in use and avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and excessive heat. Keep away from water, oils, cosmetics, and abrasive surfaces. For light cleaning, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Our leathers are sourced exclusively from French and Italian tanneries committed to responsible practices and exceptional quality. All hides are by-products of the food industry, and we partner only with suppliers who uphold the highest European standards.
